Earth to Wind: Stillness to Movement Meditation
In this guided meditation, Phillip explores awareness of the body in the body through knowing earth element and wind element.
In the first part of the meditation, Phillip offers step by step instructions for exploring the earth element in the body through the bones of the lower body. Earth element is characterized by stillness.
Then, the exploration turns to the wind element through the breath. Wind element is characterized by movement. In being a participant observer of the breath, you practice having the experience and knowing that you are having the experience.
